The late Queen Elizabeth was farewelled at an hour-long state funeral in London's Westminster Abbey, with her body later transferred to her final resting place in Windsor.
About 2,000 people attended the service, most notably the Queen's children: King Charles, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward.
Her grandchildren—including Prince William, Prince Harry, Princess Beatrice and Princes Eugenie—were in attendance, as were her great-grandchildren Prince George, age 9, and Princess Charlotte, age 7.
Kate and William's youngest child, Prince Louis, stayed home, as did Harry and Meghan Markle's children Archie and Lilibet.
As well as foreign royals and state officials—including Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese—a number of famous faces attended the service, including Killing Eve star Sandra Oh, Australian of the Year Dylan Alcott, and television star and chief scout Bear Grylls.
Peep Show actor Sophie Winkelman also attended, as she is royal by marriage; her husband is Lord Frederick Windsor, the son of the Queen's cousin Prince Michael of Kent.
The service was conducted by the Dean of Westminster, David Hoyle conducted the service, while new British Prime Minister Liz Truss and the Secretary-General of the Commonwealth Patricia Scotland both read lessons.
Atop the coffin was a wreath of flowers chosen by King Charles in tribute to his mother; one of the flowers was myrtle, which was used in the Queen's 1953 wedding bouquet.
A card from Charles read: "In loving and devoted memory, Charles R."
Queen Elizabeth II will be buried alongside her late husband, Prince Philip.
