After a marathon sprint through New York, London and Milan fashion weeks, the fashion set have finally found themselves in Paris for the final Spring/Summer 2023 shows. Of course, all eyes were focused on what was to come down the runways, but attention should also be paid to the street style flooding the surrounding rue.
Taking over the City of Love, the fashion-focused event has seen It-girls take to the Haussmann-style streets—stretching from Le Marais to Montparnasse—to showcase the most chic styles and trends from France's most coveted designers.
As expected, Paris fashion week far from disappoints when it comes to couture commitments, leaving some of the most desirable looks in its path. Speaking of, one of the most show-stopping street style moments came from Japanese music duo, Amiaya. The twins wore matching head scarves, white jackets and black corsets with white button-up shirts, shorts and knee-high green boots outside Dior's Paris Fashion Week show.
There were endless fresh takes on utility outerwear, dramatic silhouettes and unique textures amongst the crowd, with new iterations of minimalism and neon hues taking centre stage. The Gen Z influence was evident, with playful fabrics and mismatching ensembles also reigning supreme.
