The London Fashion Week Street-Style Set Cools It Down

Brights continue to reign supreme.

As the first leg of the fashion month international tour, New York Fashion Week gave us our first taste of this season's street-style mood. Tailored suits were brought into the foreground, top-handle bags were the number one accessory choice, and the colour palettes remained punchy, bright and on-trend (Millennial Pink! Gen Z Yellow! Mocha Brown!).
Now, London Fashion Week has taken the baton to run with, and the first day (and a bit) of LFW street style has definitely got our hearts racing.
Between the return of the overcoat (here in autumnal-shade prints, like checks or hounds-tooth, thanks to London's drizzly weather), occasional appearances from the spring-perfect midi skirt, and combination of neutrals and eye-watering brights (think browns and blacks, paired with neon pink heels, à la Jessie Bush; or Caro Daur in grey, black and white with pops of Gen Z Yellow), the set has certainly kept us on our toes.
Here, our favourite moments.
