Just when you thought the Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson drama couldn't get any more convoluted, the former couple are have reportedly welcomed their second child via surrogate.
Speaking to People, a representative for Khloé is said to have confirmed the news, revealing that the former couple had welcomed a baby boy but had yet to settle on a name.
"We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November. Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family."
However, the same source also confirmed that while doing their best to co-parent, the former couple do not speak outside of issues regarding True and that the second child was conceived before Tristan's March 2021 cheating scandal came to light in December last year.
TMZ reported the news first, with multiple sources close to the family saying that the child will be born via surrogate and could arrive any day now.
Currently, Kardashian and Thompson are working to co-parent 4-year-old True. Tristan has another child with Maralee Nichols, who was born on December 1, 2021 and a five-year-old son named Prince with ex Jordan Craig.
Thompson is said to have conceived his child with Nichols while still dating Khloé which lead to their second (and allegedly final) breakup last year.
On her family's new show, The Kardashians, Khloé has spoken candidly about her struggles with fertility, sharing that doctors explained to her that carrying another baby could leave her at "high risk" of miscarriage.
"I'm not gonna get into specifics on-camera," she said. "But they said it's like an 80-something percent chance that I will miscarry. I almost miscarried with True at the beginning. But I didn't know that was like a lingering thing."
She added, "This is all really shocking to me," she continued. "All I'm trying to do is bring more love into my life and into my family, and I just seem to be running into more and more roadblocks. It's really hard for me to digest."
Khloé's sister Kim has previously welcomed two children via surrogacy and praised the entire process, particularly as she also faced health risks if carrying a pregnancy to term.
"I honestly had the best experience with surrogacy," Kim said. "And I think that you know what giving birth feels like — I always say, if you can do it, it's such an amazing experience. But you'll see, the love that you'll have for your kids is exactly the same. There's no difference, except that there was someone else that was the carrier."
Kourtney Kardashian is also facing struggles while trying to fall pregnant to her new husband, Travis Barker.
As for Khloé, a huge congratulations to the now mother-of-two!
